Chris Houghton
Owner / Director
Chris lives in Freshwater Bay and is a lover of the great outdoors.
Having spent many years scaling fast growing businesses, including as CEO of both Teemill (www.teemill.com) and OVO Energy (www.ovoenergy.com), Chris knows what it takes for a business to be successful.
Chris is also a Director of the Spoon Customs (www.spooncustoms.com), so he’s used to dealing with premium products that satisfy the growing consumer desire for ‘fewer, nicer things that bring joy and stand the test of time’.
Zoe Sadler
Head of Content
Zoe is an illustrator and designer who lives in Freshwater Bay, home of the paddleboard brand. In fact Zoe’s had a hand in the brand since its conception in 2016 having designed the company logo and generally helping out where needed.
Zoe now runs the brand’s social media accounts and steps in to help with graphic design and marketing.
When not busy with the Paddleboard Co you can find Zoe in her illustration studio where she primarily creates artwork for jigsaw puzzle giant Ravensburger. She spends her downtime enjoying what island life has to offer; paddleboarding, sea swimming and tootling around the isle in her 1970s yellow Beetle – find her at @live_like_olive on Instagram.

Adrift Visuals – Adrift is a UK based photography and video production agency specialising in producing creative, engaging, story-based visual content for the adventure and outdoors sector. Born through Alice and Sam’s joint passion for the ocean and the great outdoors, Adrift has captured moments for brands across the globe. ‘Our aim is to capture the moments that simply can’t be made by staying still.’

Sam Scadgell specialises in water-based photography, Lifestyle and Sport, working alongside individuals and brands using natural light to gain beautiful meaningful images. Working with the natural environment has always been a focus. ‘I love being in the water and around it, each day is different. For me it’s about getting the most out of the surrounding environment using natural light and changing scenery to capture unique moments.’
